Order Preparation and Safety

We prioritize hygiene and safety in our operations. All orders are processed with stringent cleaning and disinfection protocols at our facilities. We also adhere to rigorous safety measures during the delivery process to protect everyone involved.

Home Delivery

Delivery Timeframes:
      Peninsula: Expect delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
      Balearic Islands: Delivery is typically within 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery Details
 Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. with up to two attempts. During peak times (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), there may be only one delivery attempt.
   If you are not available, the delivery person will provide details on where to collect your order from the SEUR central office.
   For larger items, delivery may be made to your front door, and further instructions will be provided if needed.

Shipping Outside the Peninsula

       Current Shipping Areas: We do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla at this time. We only deliver to the Balearic Islands outside the Peninsula.
       Canary Islands Orders: To order for delivery to the Canary Islands, please contact us via Maxshoppingmart Canarias WhatsApp.
